David Shapiro brings extensive sales and marketing operations experience to Rainmaker, specializing in taking a company's existing processes and translating them to the Salesforce.com platform. David has over 12 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Most recently, David was the VP of Marketing at Barcoding Inc., an Inc 500 company, where he collected over 8,000 leads annually from over 65 sources, leading to over $36 million in sales; all tracked through the salesforce.com platform. Operationally, David has successfully designed and implemented force.com applications for inventory control, time-based project management, shipping & receiving, order entry, demo tracking, repair center operations, loan due-diligence and many other applications.
David holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore and a BS in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Larry brings over 25 years of systems engineering, IT operations and program management experience to Rainmaker. He has held senior management and executive-level positions with The BDM Corporation, Martin Marrietta, Computer Technology Associates, Global One, Sprint, Telenet and most recently Viewgate Networks. Larry directs Rainmaker's Technology Solutions Group that handles custom integrations and data migration.
Larry holds two degrees from University of Michigan and one from George Washington University in the engineering field. He also has pursued graduate studies at George Washington University and holds several technical certifications including CISSP, MCSE, and Novell Certified Network Engineer.
