Welcome to ™ Some people go from company to company throughout their careers picking up where their predecessor left off but never making a monumental change in an organization. Worse yet, some have been “leaders” of companies that have failed under their leadership but are still considered “experts” in their fields. We think an expert is someone who has implemented positive, revenue-generating change in their own organization or in others’. Everyone claims to think “outside of the box”. Our people step into the fray in order to create something that works in real life…not just on paper. We call these experts Rainmakers. Our Consultants, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Practice Directors (PDs) have a history of being Rainmakers throughout their careers.
